Do not use GoloPOS for illegal or fraudulent activity.
Keep your login details secure.
4. FBR Compliance
GoloPOS integrates with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
You are responsible for compliance with all legal and tax requirements.
GoloPOS is not liable for penalties caused by incorrect entries.
5. Payments
Subscription fees (monthly/yearly) must be paid on time.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Data Privacy
Your data is secure and used only for service purposes.
No data is shared with third parties except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, and software belong to GoloPOS.
Copying, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

You may cancel anytime, but dues remain payable.
